My father has had a denture placed at this Vitaldent center and lately he is experiencing a very unpleasant experience caused by the negligence of one of the professionals who work there. From the beginning they gave him instructions that it was not necessary to remove his dentures at night (completely erroneous information transmitted by a supposed professional) and because of this error, his teeth have worn several millimeters abnormally. Vitaldent has been denying my father's version for months and forcing him to pay €400 to fix it. All this, taking into account that it is a denture with only 2 years of use. Be careful because this is something that they hide from you from the beginning and the quality of the dentures is not adequate at all, they wear out a lot with normal use. In the end, what it seems like they save you initially on your teeth, you pay in the repairs due to the poor quality and communication with which they work. ENOUGH OF WANTING TO DECEIVE CUSTOMERS AND NOT PROVIDE SOLUTIONS WHEN THE RESPONSIBILITY SHOULD BE ON THE PART OF VITALDENT. You are knowledgeable and aware of this case from the beginning because my father has transmitted it to you from minute one. I hope that the negligent act of your professional will finally be recognized and we can talk to reach a solution agreement with which both parties agree.
